Clearing overgrown land should be straightforward. Our process is designed so you always know what happens next, what is included, and what the result will look like — from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Step 1: Consultation

It starts with a conversation. Call (513) 930-0121 or send an estimate request through our contact page, and tell us about your property: where it is, how much ground is overgrown, and what you want to use it for. We will ask a few practical questions about access, boundaries, and anything you want to keep, and discuss whether forestry mulching is the right approach for your ground. The conversation is free, and there is no obligation.

Step 2: Property Walkthrough and Written Estimate

Next, we walk the property with you. Together we mark what comes out and what stays — the trees, features, and areas to protect — and we talk through access, terrain, and anything that affects the work, such as fences, structures, and property lines. After the walkthrough, you receive a free estimate that is itemized and in writing, recording the marked areas and the scope of work. You can consider it at your own pace, and no work begins until you have agreed the scope in writing.

Step 3: Clearing Day

On clearing day, the mulcher grinds the agreed growth into mulch in a single pass, leaving the mulch on site. There are no burn piles and nothing to haul, and ground disturbance is kept to a minimum. One point of contact sees the job through from start to finish, and we take care around the fences, structures, and property lines identified in the walkthrough. If anything unexpected turns up during the work, we will discuss it with you before changing the scope.

Step 4: Final Walkthrough

When the clearing is done, we walk the property with you again to confirm the result matches the written estimate. The property is left tidy and ready to use, and our work is backed by a 2-year warranty. If the ground will need ongoing attention — for example, where invasive growth or fast regrowth is expected — we will discuss a realistic follow-up plan, which may include vegetation management.
